Ho Weijin was called to the Singapore Bar in 2012 and received his training at one of Singapore's largest law firms in the process. Following his admission to the Singapore Bar, Weijin then went on to join a boutique law firm where he gained valuable experience in handling a great variety of corporate legal work for clients ranging from sole proprietors and SMEs to larger Multi-National Corporations.
Weijin has given advice and drafted agreements for clients from various industries including Logistics, Real Estate, Hospitality, F&B, Tourism, Event Organising, Gaming, E-Commerce, Design, Healthcare, Branding & Media, HR Consulting, Photography, Lifestyle (Spas, Gymnasiums, Beauty Care, et cetera) and Financial Advisory.
In 2014, being sensitive to the start-up landscape in Singapore, Weijin noticed that there was a gaping need for practical and affordable training of personnel on legal compliance and risk management protocols in start-ups and SMEs. As such, Weijin left private practice to provide the much needed training services to start-ups and SMEs. Till this day, companies continue to approach Weijin for his invaluable seminars and hands-on workshops that take into consideration the operational and business practicalities for smaller setups.
Armed with the necessary experience in handling various legal matters spanning over a vast array of industries, Weijin is able to advise and assist businesses in their legal needs in a manner which not only protects but also makes commercial sense for them in a dynamic business environment.
