Mumtazah Bte Mustaffa graduated with honours from the Law Faculty of the National University of Singapore in 2011.
Upon graduation, she pursued her ideals to contribute to the education of our future generation, and therefore took on the distinguished profession of a teacher after completing her Postgraduate Diploma in Education from the National Institute of Education, Nanyang Technological University in 2012.
Thereafter, she decided to challenge herself further, swiftly passed the Bar Exams and was admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Singapore in 2016.
Mumtazah’s main areas of practice are in Civil Litigation, Family Law, Probate, Corporate and Intellectual Property, both contentious and non-contentious.

Mumtazah enjoys reading about the latest developments in the law. She finds the study and application of the law to be fascinating as the law is constantly evolving in a bid to keep up with the changing circumstances in society. One of her key strengths is being able to cite the relevant principles of the law in a manner comprehensible to the layman. Furthermore, having had the experience of teaching students, she provides guidance to client with a gentle patient approach. She is also able to discern the pertinent points in the factual matrix of the case at hand and give clients timely advice on the appropriate cause of action to take with regard to the current proceedings.
